Gefreiter - you get this rating as new member

Stabsgefreiter - you get this rating after 10 hours connected as SRW (you need to fill a pirep @ IVAO)

Unteroffizier - you get this rating after 20 hours connected as SRW (you need to fill a pirep @ IVAO)

Feldwebel - you get this rating after 40 hours connected as SRW (you need to fill a pirep @ IVAO)

Leutnant - you get this rating after 80 hours connected as SRW (you need to fill a pirep @ IVAO)

Hauptmann - this rating is issued by Staff and will be given for really good work in the SO-Group

Major - this rating is issued by Staff and will be given for marvellous work in the SO-Group

Oberst - this rating is issued by Staff and will be given for marvellous work in the SO-Group
